I feel like there is so much pressure to get rid of your popcorn ceiling if you have it, but it is so expensive especially if you have asbestos. The prep work is meticulous, they carefully protect surfaces not meant to be painted, including my beautiful Cordyline plants that touch the wall. They even taped plastic over my cement floor backyard. The quality of the work is great, I don't see any flaws in the paint job, and the paint is quick drying with no overwhelming paint smell. They fixed any minor flaws with the surfaces, applying patches and re-stuccoing as needed. My house looks new again!

Even when you use masking tape, getting a perfect edge sometimes seems impossible. When you pull of the masking tape, some of the new paint comes with it. Wait until the paint dries thoroughly and use a knife to cut along the edge of the tape as you pull it off.
