As for actually using the sprayer, the main thing to remember is to not overcoat with paint. Two or three quick passes will minimize drippage as opposed to trying to get a full coat on all at once. (Which I learned the hard way. The first room I painted was so drippy droppy, we had to do some extra sanding once it dried. I felt so bad!) Only by actually using the sprayer will you get a method down. By the time I was done with the sprayer, I felt like a pro and actually had fun painting!

For example, a high gloss paint will highlight imperfections on the surface of older walls. Or, the wrong paint (and poor prep) on brick and ornamental trim can make the job take longer.
Not many people know this but adding ceilings to a job actually makes painting the walls slightly easier. Primarily, this has to do with those tricky paint lines in the corners of rooms.

The Most Supportive Detail in Your Home is Not Getting the Love It Deserves: Staining Your Handrails
SF House Painting helps you prevent these issues. We always run a careful, highly detailed assessment of your home before any painting decisions are made. This is a thorough inspection that goes beyond looking at the surface coats of paint, addressing any underlying structural issues as well. Our branch manager uses this assessment, along with the client's input, to consult with the paint team before they even show up to the scene. This way, we keep everyone from the clients to the last man on our paint team fully informed about the process as it unfolds. We want every detail of our client's vision for their house to be implemented perfectly.
The company’s communication was very good throughout the process. As far as the actual painting, we were fortunate to have Justo and his crew for our house painting. They did a fantastic job start to finish and were pleasant to be around. In the hit or miss world of contractors , this company will take care of you.
The J Stevens Painting website homepage makes use of bright colors to create the appropriate contrast necessary for branding. The sliding images help summarize as much information as possible on the homepage for a neat appearance. Scrolling down towards the middle, you get to see the company’s recent painting projects in a neatly arranged gallery before being offered a free estimate.
You will also want to ensure that you paint at a period when there are no major fluctuations of temperature from day to night. Major temperature fluctuations cause the paint to react and thus prevent it from curing properly. This means you will have unevenly painted surfaces with peels and cracks.
The next option was using oil based primer. That stuff is not fun to work with. The fumes are not fun to work around (be sure to open windows!), and you can’t wash it off without using more chemicals. Fortunately somebody suggested we try bleaching the stains, which sounded a bit more feasible and manageable. So we tried it. Dawning coveralls and face masks, and armed with a pump garden sprayer filled with diluted bleach (mostly water with a couple capfuls of bleach), we attacked the stains. After a couple spray downs, the yellow started to disappear! For a couple of days, we misted the ceiling, waited a couple hours and repeated. Most stains were taken care of, the rest were dissolved enough to prime over.
Now, in the likely case that two coats are needed, you’d take the number of gallons and multiply by 1.7 for the second coat. This is the industry standard for second coat coverage, which normally takes 30% less material than the first coat.
I’ll be remembering the bleach trick for stained ceilings – the previous owner of my house was also a smoker, and I’m hoping the staining wasn’t so bad that it will seep through as we just painted straight over.
