But know that you’ll pay extra if you change your mind about a color after the trim is already painted or otherwise add tasks to the project.

Most DIY’ers and home owners have little to no knowledge about the amount of time and cost it takes to prepare a project prior to painting. Your Article did a Great job in explaining some of the procedures that are necessary for a truly professional paint job. All to often the prepping is weak or non existing.
