Having said that, preparation work or repair work can increase the price if you want the job done right. Prep work like patching holes, repairing cracks in drywall, replacing warped corner tape, and caulking gaps take time. However, theses tasks are essential in achieving great quality finishes.
The prep work is meticulous, they carefully protect surfaces not meant to be painted, including my beautiful Cordyline plants that touch the wall. They even taped plastic over my cement floor backyard. The quality of the work is great, I don't see any flaws in the paint job, and the paint is quick drying with no overwhelming paint smell. They fixed any minor flaws with the surfaces, applying patches and re-stuccoing as needed. My house looks new again!
